Private Sessions with me can be arranged if you prefer to work one-to-one or one-to-couple, or if the dates of a course don’t work for you.
Yoga for women and complete beginners doesn't start at pregnancy. In fact, preparing for pregnancy yoga could be the best method to enhance a woman's fertility, hormones, physical, emotional and mental strength and to get intouch with the feminine side to prepare for motherhood.
During private sessions, for All women, you don't have to be pregnant to practice with Zen Active Birth. Our system here is holistic and start from the earlier stages os a woman's life. Here, we could work together before pregnancy and start the journey of awareness and connecting with the body. So when time comes for the pregnancy and motherhood, your body is already trained and ready for the journey ahead.
Private sessions provided here are ideal to work with all your private and intimate needs. And to be continued during pregnancy, and postpartum.
During postpartum, we will work using yogic and Ayurvedic techniques to close the body, and increase your emotional and mental strength to be there for your baby and his/her needs.

At times, one doesn't feel comfortable to share or be in a group and feels safer to be at your own home to practice the tools of yoga.
The sessions are intimate, safe, confidential and at your own convenient time. They are usually held face-to-face. I can guide you as to the best home yoga practice for your body and your needs before, during and after the pregnancy.
My over 10 years of experience in Ashtanga yoga - which I have been teaching over 7 years, gave me strength and stability for my pelvic girdle during pregnancy and helped me understand the importance of having a yoga practice especially before pregnancy.
I am happy to work with you one-on-one before pregnancy through private sessions bringing awareness to your feminine side and respecting your menstrual cycle and the womb.
Sessions can be tailored to what you looking for like strengthening yoga before pregnancy, pregnancy yoga, or consultation for Active Birth and support to set strong foundation for the beginning of your mothering journey.

Using Zoom online calls, it will be a tool for me to see you and give you tailored tips for your yoga practice at the comfort of your home.
