Yoga provides powerful tools such as asanas, breathing and bandhas to enhance the connection of the body, increase the self-awareness and giving self acceptance and understanding of what the body could do. When women invest in their yoga journey, it pays off at the times needs most during pregnancy and birth as they can themselves help their bodies and minds through this journey. Preparation starts since a very young age, a women starts to believe in its natural ability to thrive, nourish and create a life.

Here we teach and tailor the practice to your needs and body’s ability using different schools of yoga such as ashtanga yoga; Hatha yoga, pranayama and energy work.
